Test Report Terms

  1. Report Format: Envitest Lab will issue digitally signed test reports by default. Other formats, including hard copies, require a formal request, are subject to approval, and may incur additional charges.
  2. NABL Symbol: Test reports will bear the NABL symbol only when the test method/specification falls within Envitest Lab’s accredited scope. If the customer does not identify the test method, the report will not bear the NABL symbol. Customized or derived specifications will be assessed against the applicable accreditation scope before including the NABL symbol.

I with designation confirm that the test requirements, specifications, and applicable terms have been reviewed and agreed upon before testing. I understand that changes to the agreed requirements may affect the test schedule, cost, and deliverables. NABL-marked reports are issued only for tests within Envitest Lab’s accredited scope.
